Monday already? Damn, where did the weekend go. Oh that's right, it went to me watching football Saturday. Hehe. God I love college football, its so much fun and exciting. Florida State (obviously) is the team with a special place in my heart but I just love watching the game in general. Sure, it sucks up my social life but hey, I'm from the South...this is what we are ALL about.

Last night, Dubya spoke to the country, casually mentioning that he would ask Congress for $87 billion more to fight terrorism. This of course, after the Homeland Security department is struggling and troop morale (despite what Dubya says) is seriously low. But hey, at least the hoodwinking of "Saddam caused 9/11" seems to be working. Ugh. Just get booted out of office already, ok?

Oh wait, are you telling me that might happen? The Boy King's numbers are lower than ever, dating back to his pre-inaugeration days. Can we get rid of him? Will Wesley Clark do it or will he do himself in? Stay tuned kids, cuz this is going to be a lot more interesting than we all think.

Alright, moving on...

Pay attention Alyse, Jaime and all those who believe in ghosts - it may not be ghosts that are out there but ultra low frequency sound waves. I'm not saying that freaky shit happening is ALL caused by this but hey, maybe there is a perfectly rational explanation for all of this...

Yaaa to Google for celebrating its 5th birthday. Five years and its conquered the Net...what's next, the world?

Finally, I'm sure everyone knows the "Five Second Rule" - where food dropped on the floor is safe to eat if its picked up after five seconds, right? Well, some students did a study on it and the results and history about it are a bit interesting, from an urban legend standpoint. Check it out before you eat that Jolly Rancher that just hit the floor.
